Erik Koto joined QuestionPro in 2010 to lead the operations and strategic vision of the company. Erik brings over 15 years of digital and analytical leadership to QuestionPro and has worked with companies such as Chase, Nokia, Ford, Microsoft, and Dell to create award-winning customer-centric online experiences and products that support it. A self-described 'data junkie', Erik brings a deep background in predictive analytics and a passion for quantitative, research-based decisions making. Erik completed a Bachelor's degree in Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the University of Washington.
John Johnson is the face QuestionPro and leads the Customer Success team. Anup’s wealth of wisdom and problem-solving abilities comes from 20 years of experience serving Fortune 500 companies as a software solution and product architect - blueprinting what is needed to deliver high-quality experiences. Aditya Bhat, a.k.a. ‘Adi’, is a thought leader on market strategy and business development. One day, we suspect he’ll publish a book of quotes he’s coined around business ideas and successes he’s had throughout his career. As the director of global sales, he leads QuestionPro's global sales teams to partner with companies, government organizations, and nonprofit institutions by designing solutions that meet and exceed their business and research challenges. Ken Peterson has over two decades of experience in the marketing research, retail, technology, hopsitality and transportation industries with a recent focus on Big Data Business Insights, and SaaS deployments. This ties in with his long history of P&L responsibility and detailed understanding of improving business operations. Andres Muguira brings an incredible mix of energy, resourcefulness, and over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and business strategy to QuestionPro. He currently leads our initiatives towards becoming the top survey software in the Latin American market. Prior to joining the company, at the age of 21, Andres started a successful entertainment company by raising over $3 million dollars in funding and had the pleasure of working with international artists including Pitbull, Shakira, LMFAO, Flo-Rida, Sean Kingston.
Mike Wilde is an industry veteran with 15 years of experience in market research and joined the QuestionPro team in January 2016. He was the founder and CEO of two successful companies, IPERCON and FEEDBACKCLOUD.COM, which were acquired by QuestionPro. Based in Berlin, Germany, he is responsible for our D-A-CH operations. With his knowledge and expertise in European markets, he has been a key element in expanding our business in the EU region.
